We are a community of women that are here to support you on your running journey.

Whether you’re starting your running journey or a seasoned runner, we have plenty of courses and membership options available to suit everyone!

We have a range of options suitable for all levels of runners, whether you've never run before or are a ParkRun regular!

Beginners Running Group

For ladies who want to learn to run 5K.  Perfect if you have little or no running experience or are returning from injury.


For ladies who have just learnt to run 5k and want to build their confidence and meet new like-minded friends to run with.


For ladies who can run 5K or more but want to work on their technique, speed and learn how to increase their distance.


For ladies who have some running experience. Join us for Social Runs, Development Sessions and become part of our community.
