SAFETY

Running on your own can sometimes make you feel a little uneasy, especially if it’s in the dark or through poorly lit streets.

We always run in groups and ensure that no-one is left running on their own.
We also run with high vis vests and encourage members to wear running lights to ensure we are seen at all times. Along with running in a group with a run-leader, this offers extra safety.

SUPPORT

If you are training for a race or looking for that extra support, then we are here to help. With development sessions, social runs and our Improvers Programme, we are able to give you all the support and encouragement you need to reach that next running goal.

RUN LEADERS

All of our sessions and courses are led by qualified UKA Run Leaders who have been DBS checked and first aid trained.

They are there to keep you motivated, make sessions fun and most importantly keep you safe.

Whilst they have lots of experience in running they are not trained to give medical advice.
