Our motto ‘Believe, Achieve, Inspire’ is something that, as a club, is ingrained into everything that we do and we are proud of the support that all of our Run Leaders and club members give each other.
This is why for International Women’s Day 2020 our Athena ladies took over Jersey Farm Parkrun in St Albans. Positioned and ready at each station of this 5k parkrun, our ladies supported all the runners as they completed the course – (if you are looking for an in-depth review of the course please click here).
Of course in true Athena style we had the Jelly Babies and cake ready at the finish line!
