#2 – Plan Ahead! Book onto your runs on Team Up in advance.
#3 – Keep it simple! Start with achievable goals to get you back into a good habit.
#4 – Reflect! Use the comments section to think about how you felt on your runs, this can help keep you motivated and see progression.
#5 – Get Accountable! Place the planner somewhere visible and tick off your runs (or borrow a few of the kids well done stickers).
